Castle pasture
Castle Pasture is the recording project of Los Angeles based artist and musician Matthew James-Wilson. Incorporating live instruments, samples, and field recordings, Castle Pasture explores original songwriting and composition through the means of collage. Castle Pasture's first four EPs and 2020 LP Cobweb Tears were all produced and performed at home in Los Angeles. But Castle Pasture's first studio release is this year's Worn By Wind, which was recorded by engineers Joey Oaxaca and Devin O'Brien and written and performed by Matthew James-Wilson.
