When first started, armor king was Jacob Levine’s acoustic lo-fi project, with songs intimately handcrafted on iPhone Garageband. Now, it has evolved into a full band, one that is more "gazey" and full of life than ever possible before. armor king's last release, “friends and a half, summer forever and ever,” received praise and attention from the Deli Magazine and Jam Eater Records, and with the recent additions of Matt Cruz on bass, Niko Prytula on guitar, and Sam Morgan on drums, the future is harsh, loud, and bright.
